My work includes working with people in a therapeutic way to help them achieve more positive outcomes for themselves, letting go of old emotions or changing decisions that maybe had served a useful purpose once, but are now no longer helpful.
I use approaches that help you find and develop new ways of behaving, thinking and feeling to help you become more at ease, let go of unhelpful memories or achieve your goals.

The initial consultation is free so that you can decide you will be happy working with me and we will then agree how we will work together, e.g. the number of sessions, how long each session will last, and how often you will attend e.g weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
